The Enemy Within a Culture of Hostility

Our beautiful country, the great United States of America has always led the world in every arena because of our strength, dedication and singleness of purpose. America is a country built on diversity; a melting pot, if you will. Over the years we have learned to respect and appreciate one another's differences. We embrace freedom and justice and the pursuit of happiness. America with all its strength and beauty is changing; unfortunately, not for the better. Our beloved America is becoming increasingly antagonistic.

Our environment has vastly become corrupted. We are being swallowed up by the evil eyes of injustice. Our precious country is starting to erode as high morals and ethical values become obscure. Our system of checks and balance are under attack. Our spiritual axis of life is beginning to fade away. We are literally coming apart at the seams one stitch at a time.

America is on a fast track of hostility. This hostility is the catalyst to divisiveness. Division is causing our beautiful country to decay. We must not allow division to cloud our judgment. Together we can stand but divided we shall surely fall. Our beloved America is under attacked from the enemy within. The enemy within is a greater threat to our country than all other forces in the world. Our environment has become vastly corrupted and unfriendly. It is time to change course. It is imperative that we reverse the social erosion and moral decay of America. It is time to unite the United States of America and restore her to her rightful standing and ethical values in the world.

America once represented the possibility of prosperous lives full of hope and meaning. Many of our citizens have lost hope. They are discouraged and uncertain about their futures. Their hopes and dreams of prosperity and productive futures have become trapped in no way out tunnels. Who's responsible for erecting these no way out tunnels? Government officials trusted to manage our currency are in charge. They are our primary decision makers. Perhaps we should pose that question to them. We need solutions to rectify very dire situations.

The greatest challenge for American's today is to find a way to close the gap that creates division. Here's what we know .We messed up! We dropped the ball! We are in for the fight of our lives to save our country and preserve futures for our children, their children, and all future generations. We cannot leave this mess for our offspring. They deserve a chance to grow and prosper. Our mess should not become their mess. We must commit ourselves to finding an exit. We are the United States of America people! We must not accept no way out tunnels . We must destroy no way out tunnels. We are Americans! We make ways out of no way. Our people are brilliant! Our greatest challenge is breaking down walls of division, social injustice, and inequality.

If we as a country do not purpose in our minds to rebuild our social and ethical standing both at home and abroad, chances for overcoming these(no way out) tunnels which we have so effectively erected, fade. Resurrection from our current state of affairs appear slim to none. Survival becomes increasingly hard as hope begins to decline. As chances for success become pipe dreams pockets of resentment start to form. People are becoming frustrated and confused.

It is obvious that the direction our country has taken is off course. Our environment, educational system, health system, family values and politics are all on the wrong track. The question is not How can we fix the problem? It is when will we realize that we have a problem? Our country is in trouble and our futures are in jeopardy. Are we going to sit back and just let it happen? Complacency is not an option if we expect to restore America to its rightful state; a country of the people, for the people, and by the people.

As your northern neighbour, I say this with respect. Maybe it's time for the USA to stop trying to be the strongest, the richest, and the most powerful nation in the world. Maybe it's time to put more effort into being more content, more friendly, more honest, more moral, and more spiritual. When a nation does these things, they can become truly great.

Very good point David and very well taken. I appreciate your comment and will take it in the spirit it was given. I love my country with all that is in me.....I guess it's like being in love with a person...one tends to turn a blind eye to faults and only see what one wants to see.  Thanks very much. Have a great day.
