Hours, days and months of grueling studies require great discipline. When you started this walk towards wisdom and knowledge the finish line seemed far, far away. Many of you have sacrificed much in an effort to reach your goals. Whether you are graduating from High school or college; I applaud you! Your commitments enabled you to be triumphant. Learning is a process; you will always be in the process of learning and growing. A wealth of knowledge awaits each of you. As you walk in wisdom, sacrifice and discipline will become primary components to your success. As you step out into a world of unknowns...be encouraged. Trust yourselves to make wise choices. Follow your dreams however; do not make dreams your master.
There will be times when goals appear out of reach, be not discouraged. You must remain focused. There will always be bumps in the road. Things might occur that can wear down your resolve. You must always remember to remain steadfast. There will be trials in your struggle to succeed but you must keep positive attitudes. Always remember that, out of every trial there is a valuable lesson. You must stay focused on making right choices.
Life lessons build character. Determination to reach your goals in spite of adversity is a prerequisite to success. Your harvest will never be greater than what you sow; when the crops you plant are good, your benefits are great. When you harvest a life of good character you produce crops of integrity. You are our future and we know without a doubt that you will succeed as will generations after you. There are a multitude of possibilities awaiting you. You must keep hope alive! Congratulations and best wishes for great success to each and every one of you!
